5th ANNUAL Water Walk!

Sunday, September 29th

CAMP ROOSEVELT
384 Watsons Mill Rd., Elmer
(5 min from Sharptown Church)

The Sharptown Water Walk was initiated a few years back in response to God’s prompting on the heart of our own Cindy Dutton to meet the tremendous need for clean water around the world.  And so it began … through God’s blessing, Sharptown’s generosity and your participation, 11 clean water wells

have been provided in the country of Zambia!

Walk Time Slots:  11:30 (after Sunday School) & 1:30 (after second service)

Participate in the walk … you can walk, you can sponsor a walker, you can encourage others to participate, you can assist with publicity … you can PRAY!  The walk is about a mile – totally doable!

Purchase Lunch lunch will be available for purchase – so plan to grab lunch after walking or just come for lunch and cheer on the walkers!

Last year we raised just over $20,000!!!  That provided several additional wells in Zambia.  Each well generates water for a community of 750 people.  To date, Sharptown has provided the funds for 11 clean water wells.  It’s a great cause!
